We are staying home and putting our smoker to work for some brisket and pulled pork – perfect vehicles for this amazing BBQ sauce!
This sauce is sweet and tangy with a little molasses to bring in some smoky depth to the flavor.
It’s also paleo-friendly! Just make sure you find (or make your own) compliant Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
Slather it onto grilled or smoked meats, or use it in my Instant Pot BBQ chicken recipe!
Recipe makes ~1.5 cups
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Just mix all ingredients together!
- Store in an air-tight jar or container in the refrigerator.
