PB & Raspberry Mash Toast

Here’s a lower-sugar and higher-fiber take on a PB&J. It’s made with mashed berries instead of jam and is seriously so fresh and delicious! Plus a little chocolate always helps everything taste better :)

I've only tried it with raspberries, but i'm inspired to try out some blackberries or blueberries soon!

Recipe makes 1 serving

ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • ¼ cup raspberries

  • 1 square of chocolate, chopped (dairy-free if needed)

    • or 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

directions

  1. Toast the bread, then spread the peanut butter on top.

  2. Mash some fresh raspberries in a bowl and spread it on the PB toast.

  3. Chop up a little dark chocolate and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
