PB&J Oatmeal Bowl

We’ve officially entered September! I’m ignoring the 90 degree forecast this week and fully embracing some warm oatmeal bowls.

This one is a delicious and classic flavor combo - I know I'm not alone on the Team PB&J flavored EVERYTHING.

It’s full of protein and healthy fiber - perfect for breakfast or to refuel after your workouts!

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup water

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • Toppings: PB, jam, banana, raspberries, peanuts

Directions

  1. Cook oats with water in microwave or on stovetop until thick.

  2. Mix the protein powder into the cooked oats.

  3. Top with toppings & enjoy!
