Strawberries & Cream Overnight Proats

Overnight oats are one of the best healthy breakfasts! They’re super versatile and are perfect if you’re busy and need something that you can just grab from the fridge.

These strawberries & cream oats have 13g fiber (that’s half the minimal daily recommendation for most women!) and is packed with 37g protein to keep you satisfied all morning.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is also a really great way to honor your cravings while giving your body lots of nutrients and creating less of an impact on your blood sugar - keeping you healthier and reducing cravings at the same time!

Recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries (frozen or fresh)

  • 2 cups milk

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or 2%)

  • 4 scoops (about 2/3 cup or 84g) vanilla whey protein powder

  • ½ cup (40g) rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Toppings

    • Fresh strawberries, diced

    • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips

    • 1 tsp hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Into a blender, add the strawberries, milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, and chia seeds. Add the strawberry milk and mix until smooth and there are no more clumps.

  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.

  4. Divide the strawberry oats into 4 containers, then top with strawberries, white chocolate chips, and hemp seeds.

  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to eat them!
