Sweet & Savory Waffles

Making healthier food choices is all about finding satisfying meals that you love!

I’m a big fan of the sweet & savory combo and this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy it in a balanced way.

to make this:

  • Toast 2 frozen waffles (you can find a higher protein one if you’d like)

  • Top one with scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado

  • Top the other with nut butter, banana, and cacao nibs

Not only are they delicious and satisfy the sweet and savory craving, but this meal has carbs, fat, and protein to keep you full for hours!
