Yogurt-Dipped Frozen Grapes

I’m a big fan of frozen grapes! And these are the perfect little snack when you’re in the mood for something sweet, but want that extra protein and fiber to keep you more satisfied.

Recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • about 50 grapes (~2 cups)

  • ½ cup (115g) Greek yogurt (2%)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • ¼ cup (40g) chia seeds

  • Toothpicks

Directions

  1. Freeze grapes with toothpick in bottom for 3-4 hours.

  2. Combine yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl. Pour chia into a bowl.

  3. Dip frozen grapes in yogurt then into chia seeds. Lay on parchment paper-lined plate or cutting board.

  4. Repeat with all grapes. Enjoy the leftover yogurt with a spoon!

  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours, remove toothpicks (can leave out for 5-10 min to make it easier to pull out.
