Hi there, I’m Steph! I’m a registered dietitian, nutrition coach, recipe developer, and founder of Fit & Fed.

My mission is to bring ease, freedom, and fun back into healthy eating ♡

I take an “all-foods-fit” approach, which means instead of labeling foods as good/bad or healthy/unhealthy, the focus is on balance, portion sizes, and eating more mindfully. This way, you can continue eating the foods you love while feeling your best and cultivating a healthy, stress-free relationship with food.
