After years of struggling with food rules, all-or-nothing thinking, and disconnection from my body, I discovered a new way forward — one rooted in balance, self-respect, and self-trust. I created Fit & Fed to be the space I wish I had on my own journey: a space to nourish yourself, build strength, and create lifelong habits — without the restriction, burnout, or guilt.
