Hi, I’m Steph!

I’m a Registered Dietitian (MPH, RDN), Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), here to guide you towards your healthiest, happiest self.

My work is all about helping women feel strong, nourished, and at home in their bodies — not through dieting or extremes, but through a blend of science-backed nutrition, intentional movement, and the softer, soul-led side of self-care and wellness.

I created Fit & Fed as a space for real, lasting transformation — where you can learn to care for yourself and support your health goals in a way that actually feels good and fits your life. My approach is rooted in both expertise and personal experience. After years of food rules and perfectionism, I found a new way forward 🩷 and now I help other women do the same.
