I finally feel like I'm in control. I'm satisfied with my meals no longer in the cycle of binge-guilt-restrict. I stick to a schedule for buying groceries and cooking meals and I make things I actually enjoy. When I go out or order in, I'm able to eat mindfully instead of going nuts like it's my last meal ever. I'm also eating enough protein to help me reshape my body. I have definition that I never had before and I'm so excited about it!
