  • The mission of Fit & Fed is to help women look and feel their best without extremes. No "off-limits" foods, no spending hours in the kitchen or working out everyday. You'll learn a practical and sustainable approach to fueling and strengthening your body that you can continue for a lifetime!

  • Most definitely - Everything you find inside the membership is designed to help you make healthy eating and movement an easy part of your life and stay consistent during even the busiest of weeks.

  • Yes! You can filter the recipes by dietary restrictions and I offer many swap ideas for gluten-free, dairy-free, and some vegetarian options. It's just not recommended for those following a vegan diet, as options will be limited.

  • Yes! Workouts are suitable for all-levels of strength training experience. All exercises come with instructions and video demos to guide you, and workouts are programmed so you can go at your own pace.

  • No gym needed! All you need for the workouts are dumbbells and a yoga mat or mat-sized floor space where you can exercise.

After my own 12+ year journey yo-yoing through restrictive fad diets, I created Fit & Fed to help other women learn how to look and feel their best without unsustainable extremes.
