Berry Almond Smoothie Bowl

Happy Friday! Celebrate the weekend with a healthy and delicious smoothie bowl 🍌πŸ₯₯ This one is made with blueberries and banana for healthy carbs and is balanced with healthy fiber, fats, protein, and carbs.

Recipe makes 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • ΒΌ frozen avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • Β½ cup milk of your choice

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • Toppings: blubes, banana, cacao nibs, coconut, almonds

Directions

  1. Add the banana, avocado, blueberries, almond butter, milk, and protein powder (if using) to a food processor or very strong blender like a Vitamix.

  2. Blend until it is smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
