Berry Almond Smoothie Bowl
Happy Friday! Celebrate the weekend with a healthy and delicious smoothie bowl ππ₯₯ This one is made with blueberries and banana for healthy carbs and is balanced with healthy fiber, fats, protein, and carbs.
Have it as a balanced start to your day or after your next workout to give your body the nourishment it needs to re-energize and recover!
Recipe makes 1 bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen banana, sliced
ΒΌ frozen avocado, sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp almond butter
Β½ cup milk of your choice
1 scoop protein powder
Toppings: blubes, banana, cacao nibs, coconut, almonds
Directions
Add the banana, avocado, blueberries, almond butter, milk, and protein powder (if using) to a food processor or very strong blender like a Vitamix.
Blend until it is smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
