PB Greens Smoothie

Fruit is amazing for both your overall health and for healthy weight loss. I always add it to my smoothies, but smoothies are actually an amazing way to get some healthy veggies too!

This smoothie is mostly greens with a touch of (as always!) Wyman's frozen wild blueberries, which are 2x higher in antioxidants than regular blubes and taste WAY better.

Enjoy as a quick and easy breakfast, afternoon snack, or after a workout!

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • ¼ cup frozen Wyman's wild blueberries

  • ¼ avocado, fresh or frozen

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop greens powder

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed

  • ¾ cup water or almond milk

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender.

  2. Blend up and enjoy!
