PB&J Oatmeal Bowl
We’ve officially entered September! I’m ignoring the 90 degree forecast this week and fully embracing some warm oatmeal bowls.
This one is a delicious and classic flavor combo - I know I'm not alone on the Team PB&J flavored EVERYTHING.
It’s full of protein and healthy fiber - perfect for breakfast or to refuel after your workouts!
Recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings: PB, jam, banana, raspberries, peanuts
Directions
Cook oats with water in microwave or on stovetop until thick.
Mix the protein powder into the cooked oats.
Top with toppings & enjoy!
