Strawberries & Cream Overnight Proats
Recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries (frozen or fresh)
2 cups milk
½ cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or 2%)
4 scoops (about 2/3 cup or 84g) vanilla whey protein powder
½ cup (40g) rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
Fresh strawberries, diced
1 tbsp white chocolate chips
1 tsp hemp seeds
Directions
Into a blender, add the strawberries, milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, and chia seeds. Add the strawberry milk and mix until smooth and there are no more clumps.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.
Divide the strawberry oats into 4 containers, then top with strawberries, white chocolate chips, and hemp seeds.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until you’re ready to eat them!
