Thai Chili Glazed Salmon

This salmon is high-protein and full of healthy fats! The glaze gets caramelized and is such a yummy balance of sweet and a little spicy.

Pair it with some sautéed broccolini and rice for a super easy weeknight meal!

Recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon

  • 1 tbsp chili paste

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the chili paste, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Lay the salmon on the baking sheet and evenly divide the sauce on to pot each, spreading it down the sides too. If it drizzles onto the pan, just spoon it back on top as much as you can.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the salmon) or until salmon is cooked though.

  5. Top with sesame seeds and serve!
