Apple PB "Toast"

Let me introduce you to my new favorite snack! Super simple, easy, and such a yummy flavor and texture combo.

I’ve found it to be a perfect pre-workout snack since it’s light and has protein, fat, and carbs to fuel you up! You can use any cereal or even granola - I used Catalina Crunch here, which was a 10/10.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 tbsp cereal or granola

directions

  1. Cut the apple into ½ inch thick rounds. spread on the almond butter.

  2. Drizzle with honey and top with cereal or granola.
