PB & Cacao Banana Protein Smoothie
Bananas (especially over-ripe ones) are a perfect natural sweetener for smoothies, energy bites, oatmeal, etc. Plus, they make smoothies SUPER creamy and delicious.
🍌 Pro-tip: cut over-ripe bananas into 1” pieces and freeze for smoothies!
This smoothie basically tastes like dessert! The texture is on-point and the peanut butter & cacao flavors are perfection. The cacao nibs add a fun crunch too.
I used vanilla whey protein powder, but you can use whatever you’d like. The protein helps to balance the meal, slow absorption of carbs, and keeps you satisfied for longer.
