Berry Granola Smoothie Bowl

Weekends are for smoothie bowls!

Full of fiber, antioxidants & healthy nutrients, and of course protein to keep you full and support your goals. I also added a big spoon of homemade cashew butter to this one for some healthy fats and extra satisfaction. I hope you enjoy!

Recipe makes 1 serving

ingredients

smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen sliced banana

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • Almond milk - just enough to get it blending (start with ¼ cup)

Toppings

  • Granola

  • Dark chocolate

  • Cashew butter

  • Bee pollen

directions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients.

  2. Pour into a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy!
