Easy Berry Protein Oats

It’s a Proats (protein oats) kinda Sunday!

Here’s a super simple recipe balanced with protein, carbs, and fat. The fresh berries also add more healthy fiber & antioxidants! Enjoy as a post-workout snack or balanced breakfast.

How to make

1. Cook ½ cup of rolled oats on the stovetop with some water, according to directions on the oats container.

2. Mix in a scoop your favorite vanilla protein powder.

3. Top with fresh berries and a spoonful of nut butter.
