Cashew Latte
This cashew latte is super easy to make and the cashews add an amazing creaminess. 💛
Feel free to use whatever milk you prefer - I love either regular milk or oat milk!
Recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 oz raw cashews
1 shot espresso or 1 serving powdered coffee
Optional: 1 tsp honey
Dash of cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth.
Heat either in the microwave or on the stove until warm.
Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon on top.
