Cashew Latte

This cashew latte is super easy to make and the cashews add an amazing creaminess. 💛

Feel free to use whatever milk you prefer - I love either regular milk or oat milk!

Recipe makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 oz raw cashews

  • 1 shot espresso or 1 serving powdered coffee

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey

  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Heat either in the microwave or on the stove until warm.

  3. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon on top.
