Greek Yogurt Ranch
Ranch has always been a favorite of mine. And because I like to use it (and a lot of it!) on just about anything, I wanted to make a healthier & higher-protein version.
If you’ve been following my Instagram stories, you’ve definitely seen it and it’s now it’s finally here for you to try! Try it on my Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers or any of my salads.
Recipe makes 1 ½ cups
Ingredients
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (fat-free or 2%)
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix until smooth.
Store in an air-tight container or jar in the refrigerator.
