Kale Chips

I love kale chips when I just want something crunchy to munch on. This is a basic recipe with just salt, but feel free to mix it up with your favorite herbs and spices. You can also sprinkle on some Parmesan!

Recipe makes 1-2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt (or other seasoning) to taste

Directions

  1. Set oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Wash, dry, and tear kale leaves off the stem. Toss in olive oil and spread onto baking sheets, making sure not to overlap pieces.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and bake for 12-15 minutes or until crispy.
